Here are three digital snapshots of a black & white Grand Ole Opry picture that I've had for many years. I can't put an exact date on it but I can identify three people: Hank Snow, Jimmy Dickens, and George D. Hay. I believe those three appearing together would date the picture circa. 1950. From what I've read on the Internet, Jimmy Dickens joined the Opry in 1949, Hank Snow joined in January of 1950, and George D. Hay left the Opry in the late 1940s or early 1950s (I can't find the exact year). Circa 1950 seems like a reasonable date for the picture.

The picture is too big to fit on a Web page. This is about as large as I can reasonably upload without having you scroll from side to side.

UPDATE: Email from Eddie Stubbs, WSM personality and Grand Ole Opry announcer/historian:
"The photo is actually from either 1952 or 1953.  I say that because Johnnie & Jack are in the shot and they didn't come to the Opry until January of 1952." Thank you Eddie.
