I needed a convenient way to wash the trash out of my low hanging gutters. I had an old
extendable paint stick and a box of old PVC pipe and fittings. It didn't take but a few minutes to assemble the the parts into a handy gutter washer.
The simple parts are laid out in the pictures below. The only part that wasn't in my junk box was the threaded PVC coupling - which I bought from the local hardware store.
Screw the PVC onto the paint stick.                                
Attach the hose with plastic tie wraps.

Extend the paint stick.

Turn the water on ---- and have fun!!
This gutter's downspout was completely stopped up.
